Q: What do I get for my ticket?

A: A. Your ticket entitles you entry into the B&S ball and ute show

 

3 Bands for your entertainment

20 free alcoholic drinks

Dinner and recovery breakfast provided

Free Breath testing by NSW health

Fun bag at entry

 

Q. If it rains do I get my money back?

A: The event will go ahead rain hail or shine. There is also a strictly no refund policy.

 

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Dress code is strictly Black Tie, no jeans allowed.

Girls not wanting to wear high heels; boots are options.

At Bungendore B&S you are there to dress to impress!!

 

Q: Is it an all ages event?

A: No the event is 18+ only. Photo ID must be shown.

 

Q: What time does the Bungendore B&S start?

A: Gates open to the showground open at 12PM

Entertainment and bar will start at 8pm

 

Q. Can we purchase alcohol?

A: No, drink tickets (which are included in your ticket) will be dispersed at entry

 

Q: What else should I take?

A: Don’t forget your ticket, Swag or bedding, Valid ID, Hat, coat, Sunscreen and Water  

 

Q: Can I bring food dye?

A: NO, Food Dye IS NOT PERMITTED

and will be confiscated, if found using food dye you will be removed from the ball.

 

Q: Will police be present?

A: Police will be on the roads, around the district and at the ball throughout the weekend.

Police will target (as usual) phones, drink driving, seat belts, drinking on the streets

and camping on the streets - so be aware and best behavior is permitted.

 

 

Q: Will there be breathalyzers?

A: Yes, the NSW health department team will be there Saturday and Sunday for your best interests

 

Q. What are the conditions of entry?

A: Conditions of entry are as follows:

No glass, No food dye, No circlework, No fireworks,

No fires, No animals or pets, No weapons.

Any breaches of the above will result in confiscation and or removal from the event.

 

Q: Is there camping facilities?

A: Yes, camping facilities will be available and a swag only area will be designated if you require.

 

Q: Is there first aid?

A: Yes, first aid officers will be on hand.

 

BREATH TESTING

 

Southern NSW LHD Drink Drive Prevention Team ( NSW Health) & NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) will be providing breath testing, available on Saturday from 4pm-7pm & Sunday from 6am-12noon alongside the recovery breakfast.

This is to let people become accustomed to the machines & gain an understanding of alcohol elimination rates.
